Big Changes for Bellevue Mall

California based Foursquare Properies is planning a $100 million dollar renovation of Bellevue Mall.

Only Sears and Macy's will remain in the 70-acre complex.

The mall is expected to become an open-air lifestyle center...pedestrial friendly with restaurants and unique specialty shops. Sidewalks and street lights will be part of the wonderful new community center in the Mall. Many stores in the Mall have closed during the past few years....and this will be a very welcome change to Bellevue. We will all enjoy this breath of fresh air at Bellevue Mall!
