As an excited newcomer to the Nashville area, what is your single-most important question about living in Nashville?

Here's My Question...

From Medical Economics magazine....

"Level the playing field when you buy a home! You may get a better deal with your own broker pulling for you. The introduction of buyer's brokers takes a horribly one-sided process and simply makes it fair."

Using Feng Shui to make
better buying decisions!
Feng Shui is all about common sense.  Obviously, you can study as deep into the subject as you like...but these are things you want to stay away from when purchasing a property...whether it's a single family home, condo, or townhome.

Never buy a property with visible electric power lines.  Feng Shui teaches that these power lines have "Fire Sha" that cause a loss of energy for the occupants of homes around them.  I personally feel that they are not safe for our health....and always advise people to stay away from them if at all possible.

Buying a home near a police station can result in a lot of noise from traffic and sirens.  And, again...my personal opinion is that there is a lot of negative energy around police stations because of stressful or serious situations and it's just better not to live too close.

It's not wise to purchase a property near a cemetery because there is a lot of Yin energy (death energy).  The closer you are to the cemetery - the more negative effect you will have.  The same is true with a mortuary.

Don't purchase near a dump site or landfill.  It can be smelly and noisy....and bad environmental energy.

Don't buy a home near a fire station.  Again, the noise level is disruptive...and can prevent a good night's sleep.

Be careful about buying a home where there has been a violent death on the premises....by murder or suicide.  It's almost impossible to remove this much negativity...so think twice about this purchase.

It's also important to avoid busy streets or curves which result in traffic coming straigt toward the house...but these are among the things we can discuss when looking for your new home.  Contact us for more information about buying the right property with good Feng Shui.

Don't buy a home near a railroad track.  It's not wise from an environmental standpoint - because these trains carry a lot of waste products.  Railroad tracks also have a lot of noise pollution associated with them.
