Nashville has been named on yet another list! It's all about low cost of living, low crime rate, good education and good climate....and friendly people!
Both Worldwide ERC and Primacy Relocation say that Nashville Music City is among the top large cities in the U.S. for relocation. Ft. Worth, TX was in first place, followed by Nashville, Kansas City, Indianapolis and Austin, TX.
Criteria include home prices, appreciation rates, property taxes, recreation, arts and culture, as well as population growth.
Another Tennessee city, Knoxville, was #1 in the mid-sized cities category.
