Hendersonville as the #3 best place for families to live in the United States. Hendersonville is located on
Old Hickory Lake - just a few minutes drive northeast of Nashville. This entire area is wonderful...and has also been named as one of the

According to the NashvilleCityPaper.com, A smart city, according to Frick is one "where a dollar goes a long way - both in housing and in normal expenses. And there´s also no compromise as far as quality of life goes."
Frick said he was surprised by Nashville´s economic diversity - "the manufacturing, the finance, the education and, of course, the recording industry."
In addition, he praised the city´s music scene, saying that browsing the Nashville popular music listings online was "overwhelming." Including the city´s various cultural offerings in the mix simply bolstered the rating.
"The top 50 is a pretty rarefied group, and so I think all - especially in the top 10 - are great cities," Frick said. "But Nashville definitely is head and shoulders above the rest."
The paper also said that Nashville ranked above Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn.; Albuquerque, N.M.; Atlanta; Austin, Tex.; Kansas City, Mo./Kan.; Asheville, N.C.; Ithaca, N.Y.; Pittsburgh; and Iowa City, Iowa, in the top 10.
