Brand New Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Murfreesboro
The state’s 3rd largest Chamber of Commerce is ready to settle on the site for its brand new $5.4 million headquarters and visitor’s center. It’s just off I-24 at the entrance of the Gateway district in Rutherford County.
The rezoning request for the 13+ acre site was approved earlier this month and the contract is in its final negotiations.
The city will build the facility using multimillion dollar grants from the Tennessee Department of Transportation for the visitors center…and from the Christy-Houston Foundation for the chamber’s headquarters.
