Nashville has more than its’ share of colleges and universities, including Vanderbilt University. There are actually more than 25 institutions of higher learning in the area.
Riverfront Park sits on the banks of the Cumberland River…right next to Fort Nashborough (the original settlement of Nashville). It’s home to much summer fun….concerts, festivals, Dancin’ in the District……and the not to be missed 4th of July celebration. It’s ranked as one of the best fireworks displays in the country.
