As an excited newcomer to the Nashville area, what is your single-most important question about living in Nashville?

Here's My Question...

From Medical Economics magazine....

“Level the playing field when you buy a home…You may get a better deal with your own broker pulling for you. The introduction of buyer’s brokers takes a horribly one-sided process and simply makes it fair."

What's Fun in Nashville?  ...  Everything!

Nashville entertainment is legendary!  Whether you are a country music fan...or a sports fan...or maybe you prefer the performing arts!  It's all here.

Nashville has been named the #1 Best Place to Live in the United States.  But, we've known that all along.  It truly is a great place to live and call home.  We're your Exclusive Buyer's Agents for Nashville Real Estate - and we want and value your business.  Please contact us when you're ready for your new Nashville home.

Nashville is fun!  There are so many things to do in Nashville that it's hard to list them all.  These are some of my favorites!  These photos are not professional - I've personally taken them to give you an idea of what you will find in Nashville.  Nothing glamorous or glossy - just a true picture of what Nashville has to offer.

Nashville Convention Center - Shows and Events
Gospel Music Association and Country Music Association Festivals - Auto Show - Bridal Show - Garden Show
Lots of fun almost anytime of the year

Country Music Hall of Fame - located within walking distance of many downtown activities....including Riverfront Park, Sommet Center, 2nd Avenue and Schermerhorn Symphony Hall.

LP Field - Home of the Tennessee Titans

Sommet Center - Home of the NHL Nashville Predators and a wide variety of concerts throughout the year.  There's always something going on!

Ryman Auditorium new entrance in rear of original building.

Historic Ryman Auditorium - Located near 5th and Broadway - At one time it was home to the Grand Ole Opry.  The Ryman has attracted world class entertainment to its stage for well over 100 years.  In fact, the Opry still broadcasts from the Ryman occasionally.

The Grand Ole Opry - A Nashville institution

The Music City Marathon and 1/2 Marathon attracts runners from all over the world.

World Famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge.  Located right behind the Ryman Auditorium and has been visited by many country music stars between shows.  Movies and TV shows have been made here - Magazine articles have been written about Tootsie's.

Adventure Science Center - What a fun place for the whole family.  A favorite of my grandchildren!  Interactive and educational exhibits all year long.  Be sure to visit the Planetarium.

Where you'll find songwriters and stars.  Many country music entertainers have began their careers right here.  It's a small place, so make your reservations.

The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere.  It's steep in places, so be prepared to climb the hills.  They offer a fun "critter  encounter" for the children as well as a historic farm.

On Historic 2nd Avenue - the Wildhorse Saloon is a great fun place to visit.  When it opened, Reba McEntire hearded a stampede of cattle through the streets of Nashville to mark the opening.

I have to show you these horses - -they are all over the place.  You can learn to line-dance and see great entertainment.  The food isn't so bad either.

Be sure to buy your T-Shirt...and take a photo with the horses.

This little lady seems to be enjoying herself.

Located right across the street from Riverfront Park, the Hard Rock Cafe is a favorite.

World Famous Historic Studio B - Elvis recorded here!

One of my favorites - The General Jackson Showboat -
The show is great - and the food is delicious.  The 300' ft. long showboat  cruises down the Cumberland River to Nashville's Riverfront Park.

Don't miss this - it's really a fun evening.  They have daytime cruises - but the evening dinner cruise is my favorite.

Ft. Nashboro - A replica of the original settlement at Nashville.  There are 5 log cabins right on the Cumberland River.  They were built in 1779 to protect the early settlers.

What a great blend of the old and new - When you look through the gates of Ft. Nashboro - you can see the Tennessee Titans stadium just across the river.

Bi-Centennial Capitol Mall State Park.  Learn the history of Tennessee - have a picnic - or just take a walk.  A lovely view of the Capitol.

The Farmer's Market - right next door to the Capitol Mall State Park.  Fresh produce of all kinds and International restaurants.

You'll want to try to catch a NHL Predators game.

Riverfront Park - Lots of fun and activities.  From concerts to July 4th fireworks....there's always something going on.  Located just across the street from Broadway/2nd Avenue....and next to Ft. Nashborough.

The Opryland Hotel - It's a destination all by itself.  Have dinner in one of the restaurants....take a boat ride through the hotel...or just enjoy the scenery.

The beautiful new Schermerhorn Symphony Hall - Located just across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The Nashville Super Speedway - NASCAR Racing

Nashville Shores - Beach and water park

Wave Country - Located across from the Music Valley Drive area and Opryland Hotel.  Playground - Skate Park.....

...and lots of water fun!

Be sure to take the kids to lunch at the Rainforest.

CMA MusicFest - Fan Fair - This is the kick-off parade....right down Broadway.  Great fun every year in June!

Iroquois Steeplechase - In it's 67th year.  The horses race every year in May.

No trip to Nashville is complete without a tour with the NashTrash girls....the Jugg Sisters.
