Middle Tennessee's Income Growth Report
 
People from many other states are finding the value of living in Middle Tennessee.  And they're bringing their wealth with them!

The National average personal income growth is 5.2%.....while Middle Tennessee is enjoying a 7.1% increase.

According to local business leaders, these numbers reflect our growing popularity as a destination for new companies.  Business recruitment, for many years, has focused on delivering not only jobs, but higher skills and earnings for workers.

Five of the Nashville-area counties rank among the top 10 for highest per-capita income in Tennessee... with Williamson County being the highest.

Davidson, Sumner and Wilson Counties also are among the top for per-capita personal income.

The Nashville Chamber of Commerce reports that there were 200 relocations and 70 major corporate expansions from 2003-2006.
