There were 145 closed sales during the month of November, 2011.
With the average sales price being $192,025.00 and 107 days on market.
Sale prices are down slightly when compared to November of 2010. Last year, we had 137 closed sales with an average sales price of $212,394.00 Days on the market are about the same as last year.
