Let me make this clear...I am an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. I work exclusively for you, the buyer, for Nashville Real Estate. I don't work for the seller!
Real Estate agents are contractually required to work exclusively on behalf of the seller unless they specify and disclose in writing that they are a Buyer's Agent. Being an Exclusive Buyer's Agent requires that I don't accept listings of homes for sale (which means that I would be representing the seller)...and most agents just won't do this because they feel that it limits their income. And it does..but I just can't represent both sides!

"My wife, Rebecca, and I had talked about looking into purchasing a home in the Nashville area for a few years prior to our recent purchase. Rebecca is a singer/songwriter and over the past 10 years a number of our friends have moved down to Nashville.
Our goal was to find an affordable, smaller home that would be a reasonable investment...while at the same time would be located in an area that we could enjoy spending time at. A bit about me…..
When I was nine years old, my family came to Tennessee on vacation, and we just never left. I remember my aunt telling me I was going to be a “hillbilly”…..and that terrified me. I have come to find that she was completely wrong. In fact, now she lives here, too. There is nothing like the south. The charm, the hospitality, the climate….you just can’t beat it!

My hobbies include decorating, shopping (of course), watching football with my boys, going to my son’s soccer games, studying history (especially our Founding Fathers and the Revolutionary War).
