From Medical Economics magazine....
"Level the playing field when you buy a home! You may get a better deal with your own broker pulling for you. The introduction of buyer's brokers takes a horribly one-sided process and simply makes it fair."

Belle Meade
Nashville society at its finest!  Upscale...old money...tree-lined boulevards...shopping boutiques...beautiful parks - with a vibrant community rich in history!  Actually, Belle Meade was once a vital part of the thoroughbred horse breeding industry.  Today in fact, nearly every Kentucky Derby winner can trace their lineage back to Belle Meade.  If you're looking for a true southern mansion, look no further.  Search for your new Belle Meade Home right here.

Bellevue
Located just southwest of Nashville, Bellevue is one of the largest suburb areas of Nashville.   A great place to live with close access to downtown via I-40.  Over 75% of the population works in white collar jobs with an average household income of $83,000+.
Search for  your new Bellevue home right here.

Brentwood
Community of choice for many executives.  Upscale....just minutes south of downtown Nashville...of I-65.   Here you will find Maryland Farms, which is a large office park complex...and beautifully planned subdivisions with an abundance of natural beauty.  Radnor Lake is  located just off Old Hickory Boulevard and Granny White Park is over 30 acres of sports facilities.
Search for your new Brentwood Home right here.

Franklin / Cool Springs / Leipers Fork
What a place to live!  Just a bit farther south from Brentwood - off I-65.  One of the richest communities in the south.  Don't miss Historic Downtown Franklin with its great shopping square.  You will feel as though you've stepped back in time.  Great schools, stunningly beautiful scenery and friendly people make this community one of my favorites.  Shopping at the Cool Springs Galleria is  truly an adventure.  Leipers Fork seems to be the new destination for country music stars.
Search for your new Franklin home right here.

Gallatin
Located northeast of Nashville, Gallatin is the Sumner County seat.  Gallatin is on Old Hickory Lake...with many gorgeous lakefront homes.  Whether you live in the country or on the lake, Gallatin has the home for you.  It's literally exploded in growth within the last few years.  With the opening of the brand new highway 386 extension, commuting to Nashville has never been easier.  One of the most beautiful subdivisions in the Southeast is being built in Gallatin.  Fairvue Plantation is actually the only golf course/lakefront community in the area.
Search for your new Gallatin home right here.

Goodlettsville
Located at the junction of Davidson, Sumner and Robertson counties, Goodlettsville is a good choice for people who want to live very near Nashville.  It's easy to find acreage homes in this area.  If you want a particular school system, it's important to make sure of the county when looking for your Goodlettsville home.

A highly desirable community located immediately southwest of downtown Nashville.  Upscale and dynamic...good shopping...convenient to I-440.  Green Hills is near Vanderbilt University, David Lipscomb University as well as Belmont University.  Many older homes are being transformed into beautiful new two-family homes.  As with Belle Meade, Green Hills has its share of 'old money'.  You'll appreciate the lovely manicured lawns and gated communities.

Hendersonville
A fantastic family oriented community located just a few minutes northeast of Nashville.  On Old Hickory Lake, with an abundance of stunning lakefront homes.  The new Indian Lake Boulevard offers great shopping and dining.  Many country music stars make Hendersonville their home.  Good schools, beautiful scenery and good home values make Hendersonville one of your best choices.
