The Nashville Business Journal is reporting that only 6% of the space is available right now. The high demand shows that even though Cool Springs is hot…Nashville has other options.
A new 25-story office building, the West End Summit is being built, and construction is expected to be completed by 2010. In addition to office space, the building’s twin towers will house the InterContinental Hotel and more than 40 luxury condominiums.
Because of strong demand for the area’s many amenities, more development and re-development is expected in West End.
The Orbison building (shown here) has very little space available.
The West End area is home to Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
